### **The ins and outs of our admin tool**

Members of our technical support and membership teams will lead you through a tutorial of our admin tool - [doi.crossref.org](http://doi.crossref.org). This hour-long session is designed for all members registering content, regardless of registration method. We’ll address the basics of the admin tool. Including:

- **submitting XML**
- **making sense of the deposit queue and submission processing**
- **troubleshooting submission errors**
- **viewing past submissions**
- **resolving conflicts**
- **reviewing the deposit history of your DOIs**
