Our Record Registration form is our helper tool designed for making small numbers of deposits. Currently the form supports grants and journal articles, but we’ll be adding other record types in the future. You do not need any knowledge of XML to use it.
I find that this is causing the “Record not processed because submitted version: is less or equal to previously submitted version” error. For example, I deposited a number of conference proceedings using webdeposit. Trying to fix the submitted content with the new Metadata Manager creates the above error and preventing me from accurately updating the record.
